SCRAM Take money and not deliver

I buy a virtual prepaid Card from this page http://vcc.noparabecool.com ! I pay with PayPal and the amount was taken in minutes. After the amount was taken change the status in my order to "fail". Nothing comes after several emails.
Today,22May, i got message "deliver already" !
This guy/women take the money and not deliver!!

Someone have same? Please let me know!

I think i lost my money. Just for warning others!

Hi Peter. Whilst not an expert on these virtual cards, someone tells me the payment needs to be verified. Then takes between 3 to 5 working days to process the order for the card. Apparently the virtual card is then transmitted to the holders e-mail address. Perhaps the card is still in the delivery stage and in the process of being sent to you? Can I ask how long ago did you order?
