This Conference Scam is the (NON-EXISTENT) Third International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Science: Impacts and Responses (ICSEES 2012) at the (NON-EXISTENT) Eastland London Garden Hotel.

This scam promises free airline tickets in exchange for paying for a hotel room at a hotel THAT DOES NOT EXIST. Victims pay money and NEVER RECEIVE THE AIRLINE TICKETS!!!

This fake conference is "scheduled" to be held 09-13 October 2012 at the NON-EXISTENT Eastland London Garden Hotel, 154 Bayswater Road London, ENG W2 4HP, United Kingdom.

This scam's fake website ( http://icsees.co.uk/index.html ) and the fake hotel's website ( http://eastlandlondongardenhotel.co.uk/index.html ) are in the process of being suspended.

The phone numbers (+44 70...) are redirect numbers which make it appear the person is in the UK, but actually, they can receive the call any place in the world. See this topic for further information: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=16485

This FAKE CONFERENCE offers "Free" grant money for attendees of the conference. The scammers require advance hotel payment (for a non-existent hotel) in exchange for the "free" airline tickets that do not exist.

The SCAM claims:
"Working Group on Climate Change had involved numerous donors to make it possible to offer access grants to as many participants as possible from developing countries to enable them to participate in the International Conference on Sustainable Energy and Environmental Sciences (ICSEES'12). However, the limited support can only be offered to any delegate or group of delegates who have submitted one or more abstracts to the scientific program and sent a motivation letter requesting such financial support to the ICSEES'12 Local Organizing Committee. Such support will cover free registration, air tickets, travel insurance, visa fees and per diem."
