This scammer will send this same email to many people hoping to find some people who need a loan, when he finds them he will offers a deal that seems to good to be true, some people will agree to his terms and lose money.
In order to receive the loan, you will be required to pay upfront fees as a deposit, after the initial deposit is paid the scammer will ask for another deposit, this will continue euntil the victim realises something is wrong and stops paying.
