They don't care about your suitability as long as you agree to receive stolen money on to your account.

The victim will report you to the police and, if you don't send the money to the criminal, he will too. Either way you get a criminal record and you'll never get a job that requires a CRB check. Considering that you may well be CRB checked for a job as a shop assistant it would severely limit your career options.

It's a nasty scam.
