This is sent out as part of inheritance scams in which a scammer urges a victim to claim the estate of a deceased person. There is, of course, no deceased person, just a form to fill in and fees to pay as per typical advance fee fraud. This was sent from [email protected] ; phone number +226 73910945 .

Are they who they say they are? Google their email address or mobile phone number and see where else they've been. Use Google Images to see if they have stolen somebody elses' photographs.
