He will go as far as to call you to reassure you he is Legit!
He almost got me due to his phone call... I would have never thought scammers would go that far. He even offered to have me pay only the $550 deposit fee instead of the deposit and the first months rent. I was thinking... "oh, they would just move on to the next person who would pay the whole amount".. I was wrong. But I knew I had to be wrong. So I researched him from every angle and came across this website where I saw his exact words... The only thing he changed was his name.
