Scammer under the name of Paula Lewis.. [email protected].
Email she sends:

My name is Paula Lewis, I’m 52 years old and I worked as a lawyer in Germany. My contract period there expired and now I've moved back to Liverpool (the city where I was born), where I've opened my own lawyer office. Due to this fact, I’m offering my apartment for rent from one month up to 4 years. The apartment is located in Choriner Straße 13, 10119 Berlin, Germany. It has 1 bedroom, a living room, bathroom, kitchen and has 68 m2.
I want to rent the apartment because I tried to sell it but I could not obtain a fair price (due the financial crisis).
The price for 1 month of rent is EUR 500 (for the whole apartment) with no extra costs and also includes all the utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped.
As I said before I'm in Liverpool because I live and work here now and I'm the only person who has the keys and the papers but I have a solution to solve this problem, so you can move in the apartment as soon as you receive the keys.

Tells you its all done safely through a company called UPS. They send you an invoice which is a fake. They use fake logos and copyright.
I unfortunately fell for it
gave 1000euros. What a lesson learnt. Hope you can read this before falling for it!
