I booked an apartment in Portugal for July 27th -30th 2102 via this website on January 27th 2012. The €278.83 was taken from my credit card on January 29th 2012.
I went to print the booking voucher on July 2nd 2012 for the holiday, only to find the reservation had been cancelled with no notification to myself.
I rang the various telephone numbers given on the website to be told that they had cancelled the reservation.
When I asked for the return of my money, the line disconnected. This has happened each time I have contacted them. Emails do not get a reply.
On surfing the web, their seem to be numerous complaints about this organisation and their sister organisations http://www.roomsrecord.com. The complaints infer that a massive scam is being operated with money taken and no reservations made and no money returned.
I shall try and reclaim my money via my bank.
I hope you can take action against them.
