Facebook Scam

I received this last week and wanted to post this so no one gives information and gets scammed. This is what it said:

We (Facebook Lottery Team And QATAR Foundation Donation) proudly announce! that your E-MAIL ACCOUNT has been selected as one of the lucky winners and has won the sum $1,000,000.00USD (One Million United State Dollars ) in the on-going Face-book/Qatar online award promo. Your Ticket number is 00645 168 564766.

Serial number 5467/2013/FBQ
Lucky numbers: 18 88 09 37 47

Yes indeed it is a scam jon. If Facebook had something like this going on it would be posted on the site. fb would not have emailed you. This is a type of 419 scam.
