Potential New Scam?

Long time lurker, first time poster with what I believe is a potential scam my company received this morning. Here is the email below, interestingly the post code doesn't match the address and this is a very unusual requirement....

Hello Sir,
My name is Gary Moore and i will like to make an order of some bolts & nuts, I want you to special order them for me which will be picked up from you location,So below are the sizes and quantities of bolts i want to order.

M4x.7x10 Stainless Steel Metric Bolts (Hex Head Cap Screws)
Grade: A2
Qty :16000pcs

M6x1.0x20 Stainless Steel Metric Bolts
(Hex Head Cap Screws)
Grade: A2
Qty : 16000pcs

Please these will be the quantities i will like you to special order for me so can you please get back to me with the grand total cost include VAT and without freight because it will be picked up from your location, So you don't need to add freight cost to it. Also do you accept visa card or master card? I will be glad to hear from you with the grand total cost so we can proceed with payment.

Scam, no doubt about it. Payment with stolen credit card details, and you'd be asked to pay the imaginary shipper.
The phone number seems to be a Skype one, so probably no indication of where the scammer is.
Am I right in thinking he has ordered bolts, but no nuts?

We don't advise baiting scammers from real life email addresses. Especially when some of you seem to have used business names to join this forum.

We have just received the a very similiar email asking to provide locks etc, basically the same as above but a different product, however the name given was a Derron Todd but at the same address!!
